Mr. Schmitt is an economist, Co-Founder and Managing Director for Stonecapital. He has extended experience in mergers & acquisitions, business valuation and transactions – on which Mr. Schmitt has been leading worldwide investment projects for more than 10 years. Our Managing Director is also a scholar concentrated in corporate economics, corporate law, and accounting. He has been a visiting professor for the Faculdade da Serra Gaúcha. Mr. Schmitt holds a B.S. in Economics from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul and an LLM from IBMEC. He is also a specialist in Corporate Economics and Financial Markets.

 

Mr. Magalhães is an economist, Co-Founder, and Partner for Stonecapital. He has more than 10 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, business valuation, and corporate strategy. Mr. Magalhães successfully led a wide range of worldwide investment projects primary as a sell side advisor.
Mr. Magalhães holds a B.S. in Economics from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, a Specialist degree in Corporate Finance from FGV and a Specialist degree in Finance from UCLA.

 

Mr. Vargas is a Co-Founder and Partner for Stonecapital. Has a Bachelor´s Degree in International Business from the Universidade de Caxias do Sul, with a specialization in Finances, Control and Audit at FGV. Wide range of experience in M&A projects, Valuation, Market Analysis, Due Diligence, Strategic Planning, amongst others.
